Q: How long is a standard counseling session?
A: Most individual sessions last **50 minutes**. Couples and family sessions may be scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your needs and agreement with your counselor.
Q: Is my information kept confidential?
A: **Absolutely.** Confidentiality is our highest priority and is protected by law. We will only break confidentiality if there is an immediate threat of serious harm to yourself or others, as required by our professional ethical standards.
Billing & Policy
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We are currently **out-of-network** with most insurance providers, but we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your provider directly for details on your coverage.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least **24 hours notice** for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
